The current challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More is a photo inspiration. The mermaid tail in the corner caught my eye right away, as well as that shade of blue and the different shades of green.

I made the background by blending some distress oxide inks in those colors, then cut a cover die from another piece of cardstock that I blended with a darker distress oxide ink to place over it. I colored the mermaid stamp (from Unity Stamp Co.), cut it out, along with a sentiment, and added them to the background.
