Time to start a new challenge over at Cardz 4 Guys (#366). This time the theme we are going with is to create a card that uses the provided sketch shown below. The Quick and Simple Details:
- Balloon die cut from kit by The Stamp Market (Celebration Balloons)
- Background ink blended with three shades of blue to mimic the three parts of the sketch
- Added splatters and stars to the background
