• Background “smooshed” with Distress Oxide inks on water color paper
• Inked edges with darker blue, then while still wet dipped in sparkly, clear embossing powder and heated
• Added stamped images and water colored
• Splattered with white and black paint
• Heat embossed sentiment and fussy cut into single words
