The theme for the challenge at Sweet Stampin’ Challenge Blog this week is “Oceans of Fun.” I just love this little mermaid stamp and wanted to use her for this challenge. I made the background by smooshing distress oxide ink on a piece of pre-printed vellum, the images are all stamped, colored with Copic markers, and cut out.
