It’s time for a new 3 -2- 1 Recipe challenge at Double Trouble!
This time the recipe is to include at least 3 layers in addition to the card base, at least 2 colors from the given color wheel, and 1 background made with any patterned paper.
The optional challenge this time is to include flowers on your card or project.
