It’s Festive Friday! We have a new challenge starting today, and this time our festivity is “Cinco de Mayo.” We used that to come up with ten items for our Inspo List, and if you would like to join the challenge just choose any 3 (or more) of those items to use on your card or project. Whether or not you follow the theme of the festivity is totally up to you!
The Quick and Simple Details:
- items from Inspo List: brown, pink, metallic elements, paper tearing, flowers, birthday sentiment
- water color paper “smooshed” with pink distress oxide ink
- used various stamps and metallic embossing paste with a stencil on the pink
- tore the background to fit card base
- stenciled flowers (set from Pinkfresh Studio)
- added sentiment and some rhinestone embellishments for finishing touches
This looks like a card you got messy and had fun creating – lots of smooching, tearing and stencilling. It is always great to have a play
