Can You Handle the Pressure has a new challenge starting today! This challenge requires that you must use an embossing folder while creating your card. The theme is always “anything goes, ” however there’s also an optional twist you can play along with each time if you want. For this challenge the optional twist is “winter.”
For the life of me I can’t remember where the mitten dies came from, but they are one of my favorite winter time sets. I used some glitter paper for the white on them, which doesn’t really show up too well in the photo. The background was embossed with my go-to snowflake folder (from Taylored Expressions). I brushed a little white ink over it to really make the snowflakes stand out. The sentiment is from a set by Simon Hurley.

What a fantastic wintry card! I love the white ink brushed over the embossed snowflakes and those mittens are as cute as a button!
This is so sweet, and the inlaid hearts in the mittens are a nice touch, as is the clothespin. I really love your little design here, it’s simply adorable!!
