Can You Handle the Pressure has a new challenge starting today! This challenge requires that you must use an embossing folder while creating your card. The theme is always “anything goes, ” however there’s also an optional twist you can play along with each time if you want. For this challenge the optional twist is “hearts.”
Instead of using a folder with hearts on it I decided to die cut out a large heart and emboss the remaining paper. I used a pink background and stamped on the sentiment, then arranged some die cut leaves around the side. A few pearls finished off my card.
Joining in these additional challenges:
Cardz 4 Galz #192 – use one or more hearts
CRAFT Challenge #667 – Love/Valentine’s
Cut It Up! #271 – Have a Heart
Gorgeous card and love the combination of colors and the pretty design!!
OH WOW what an awesome overall design … love it! The pink/purple are a favorites of mine and your little purple branches tucked inside the heart is a lovely design idea! Beautiful inspiration my friend! Well done!
This is so pretty. Adding the purple on the edge of the leaves really points them up. I think it takes this card from wonderful to FABULOUS!!! Well done.
This is delightful. I love the leaves tucked into the heart and such a pretty embossing folder. Thank you for joining our Cut it Up Have a Heart challenge.
