Happy Krafty Chicks Thursday! When there are five Thursdays in a month our challenge theme is “anything goes,” so this week you can enter whatever you want to create. The challenge will close on Wednesday, January 4, at noon (MST).
Last week I made a card that was inspired by a class I joined over at Online Card Classes, which features lessons by Jennifer McGuire and Kristina Werner. (The course this is from is called Rainbow Maker.) I used another idea from the same class to come up with my design for this weeks card.
The sentiment was stamped first and white heat embossed, then I lightly blended some inks with a blending brush over it. I used a fancy edged die cut, and placed it on a card base that I had already dry embossed.
A special thank you to our two guest chicks this past month, Karen from Karens Card Korner and Allisa from Rocky Mountain Paper Crafts. Be sure to stop by their blogs, and the other chicks blogs to get some more ideas and inspiration for this weeks challenge!

This is so pretty friend, I like the background, I need to get inky now. Gorgeous embossing and frame die, wonderful card! Way to go. I want to thank you for this year of creating with me on KCC a true pleasure, and I look forward to 2023 with you.
‘Happy New Year to you and your family’
Hugs, L 🙂
Stunning card Melanie! Love the fancy frame die and embossing folder. You have neat toys at your finger tips. It’s beautiful rainbow technique! It’s been a pleasure crafting along side you this year. And can’t wait for 2023! Happy new years!
