Happy Krafty Chicks Thursday! This is our second Thursday of the month so we are having our Christmas challenge. We are looking for any card or project that is for the winter or holiday season.
The card I made has an opening which I covered with a piece of sparkly mesh, then added an embossed layer over. The poinsettia was die cut from a piece of alcohol ink background I previously made. I die cut some leaves and gold accents to finish it off.
Thank you to our guest chicks this month! I invite you to visit their blogs, Mandy from Made by Mandy and Helen Nile from Made by Helen, as well as the other chicks blogs for more ideas and inspiration!

That’s really beautiful!
So cool, love the embossing background and the poinsettia as well as the mesh, very nice idea. Way to go, friend!

Beautiful Christmas card. Would not have thought that a black embossed background would be so beautiful!
I’m loving all the elements on your card. From the mesh, to the embossed card stock, to the poinsettia, even the colour combo.
This is a lovely card, and I love all the ways you made it “extra special.” Thanks for sharing with us at ABC Christmas for our X for Xtra Special challenge, and good luck 🙂
