Welcome! I have a card to share that is for the new challenge starting at Double Trouble. There’s several parts to it, which are summarized in the graphic below, however, the only thing required to enter is what Thing 1 is asking, which is to use predominantly shades of yellow, orange, and green on your card/project.
The challenges by Thing 3 (include sunflowers) and by Thing 2 (link up your card/project at Inspiration Station) are optional, but if you do play along you will earn extra entries in the random drawing.
This was a quick card to put together. I wasn’t sure how using orange for the background would look, but with the plaid I thought it wasn’t too bright. The sunflower dies are from Lawn Fawn.
I recognize several of those products! Love the shading on the sunflowers – super cute 🙂
I, personally, love the bright orange plaid background! I like anything bright and those sunflower die cuts are lovely too! Thanks for playing along at The Inspiration Station Challenge!

Mel this card is so cute! I absolutely love those sunflowers die cuts! I don’t think the orange is too bright at all. You pulled it all together perfectly!
So pretty, love all the stitched framing and the plaid you used for the background for your pretty stitched sunflowers. Bold and beautiful.
I love these sunflowers!! Love all the layers and the wonderful plaid BG. Very pretty!!
