The new challenge at Make the Cards is a sketch challenge, which you can see below. If you would like to play along, the gallery will be open until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1. Remember the sketch is just a template, you don’t have to make your card look just like it, however it should be obvious that it was the inspiration for your design.

I used an alcohol ink background that I had made a while ago, and paired it with some gold paper. The middle oval was the “waste” from another card, but too good to throw away! The sentiment was heat embossed with gold.
