It’s the first of the month so that means we have a new challenge theme starting over at Sparkles Christmas Challenge. This month we are looking for the focus of your card to be a Christmas Sentiment.

I started with a background that I made with embossing/glitter paste through a stencil. I didn’t realize how “chunky” it was or I probably would have used a stencil that wasn’t quite so detailed. It ended up not looking so neat, but overall the sparkle and texture seemed OK for a background. I added a border and some patterned paper to bring it all together with the sentiment I chose.
