I am anxious to share this card with you, I made it for the new challenge starting at the Stinkin’ Inkers Challenge, where this month the theme is “Pick Me Up.” We are looking for a card that is meant to bring someone encouragement or cheer them up. The QUICK and SIMPLE details: The colored part of my card was made with alcohol inks, and I used an embossing pen and heat embossed with gold powder to add the edges. (You can do that with foils, however I let the ink get too dry so it wouldn’t stick.) I dry embossed the card base before adding the colored panel, and finished it with a gold embossed sentiment.
