It’s Wednesday and a new challenge is starting today at Make the Cards Challenge. This week we have an “Old School Challenge” – use any or all of the items listed – things that were popular in earlier cardmaking days! If you would like to link up a card (or any paper crafting project) please visit the challenge blog. The challenge closes on Monday, August 6.
The QUICK and SIMPLE details: This is definitely “old school,” as I think this Stampin’ Up! set (Flower Shop) was one of the first I got about 7 or 8 years ago. I also used some old Stampin’ Up! ribbon and paper for the background. I finished it off with some plain white buttons (haven’t used a button in ages!) and tied some tiny bows for the centers. I can’t remember where the “Big Hugs” die cut came from, even though that is the only new thing on my card!
Additional Challenges:
Crafting Happiness #108 – anything goes
Retro Rubber #164 – anything goes
