Hello! Welcome to everyone visiting today for a blog hop being hosted by The Paper Funday Challenges and Inspirations Station Challenges. You are invited to hop along for some great holiday inspiration and to possibly win a prize! (see information below in red to find out how)
If you were directed here from Amanda’s blog you’re in the right place. Should you get lost, please start at The Paper Funday Challenge and work your way through the hop.
My project today is a card (actually ended up being two cards) made with a cover die by Divinity Designs. I cut it once from gold and once from white, then inlaid the opposite color pieces into the frame. The holly leaves are from Technique Tuesday, colored with Copic markers, and fussy cut. I stamped the sentiment and die cut it with a scallop-edged circle from My Favorite Things. I added a little glitter glue to the berries to finish it off.
There will be 6 prizes awarded to 6 randomly chosen commenters from all the stops, however, I am also offering an additional prize for a commenter just from my post! To be eligible for a prize, leave a comment below and be sure to answer this question: How many Christmas cards do you send out each year?
Your next stop on the hop is Manal’s blog. (If you get out of order or want to go back for another look check the beginning of the hop at The Paper Funday Challenge blog.) Thank you for hopping along with us!
Beautiful card – that die makes a great background.

Beautiful card andI love that die. Thanks for being a part of the Paper Funday Team and participating in our first ever Hop! Donna
Lovely cards. I like the difference between them. The white strips are my favorite. I love making Christmas cards. I send at least 50 plus each year.
Both cards are beautiful Melanie. I love how you use this die and inlay the opposite colored pieces. I have this die and was inspired by your last set of cards with this die and had to give it a try. I send out about 125 or more cards each Christmas as I give them to my church family as well as my family and friends. TFS
Both cards are so beautiful. Great to use the inlays again.
I send about 100 Christmas cards.
xxx Margreet
What a fabulous background die that is from Divinity! And a fabulous and pretty card. I usually send out about 20 cards to friends & family. And then any extras, I like to send to a charity.
Those berries are just gorgeous!
Lovely cards. Thank you for your inspiration on the blog hop.
I used to send out about 200 Christmas cards but the last few years have cut down each year. Last year I posted 134 Christmas cards,
Love the background of your card and those cool Holly Leaves as well – I now send around 20 cards each December – I used to send up to 100 in years passed – thank you for the hop
2 for 1 – I love when that happens! I really like the vibe of your card with the fun retro sentiment!
Love your cards. I make loads but only actually send out about 20! Lisa J
Love this card! I’m not sure how many Christmas cards I send each year – the one thing I am certain of is that it always seems to be more than I’ve made and ends in a last minute rush to produce some more!!
This is a gorgeous card! I love the detail. I usually make and send out about 100 cards. I sometimes find 1 that I really like and start duplicating. Other years I use the ones I’ve made throughout the year and then add random cards.
Love that pretty background and the holly and berries! Beautiful design!
I send out about 20.
Wonderful cards. Love the backgrounds and pretty images.
I send out about 30 Christmas cards.
