Today there is a new challenge starting at the Alphabet Challenge. We are working our way through the alphabet, and we are on to the letter “G,” and the theme chosen was “green and/or gold.” The challenge will run until July 15 if you would like to join in!
The QUICK and SIMPLE details: This is a 2-for-1 design. As you can see below I used the same background die on both cards. (Divinity Designs) I cut one in green and one in white, popped out all the pieces, then reassembled them by inlaying the opposite color back in place. I used a stamp from Simon Says Stamp, which I heat embossed in gold, twice on white and twice on the green. I fussy cut all four, and adhered them to my card base. The final detail was adding some gold embellishments.

Such beautiful cards, Melanie! They sound like quite the labor of love with the reassembling the background as well as the fussy cutting, but WOW they are definitely worth the effort! Love them both!! Hope you enjoy your weekend!
This is darling. Thanks for sharing at Crafting Happiness Challenges.
