Today’s card is for the new challenge starting over at the Alphabet Challenge. We are on the letter “E” and the theme chosen for this challenge is “easy make.” Sometimes a card can be quick and simple to make, yet still be very nice!
My card uses a cover plate die, which cuts the same size as a card front. I cut it in white and adhered it to a white card base. To give it a little more interest I sprayed it with a shimmery mist. (Unfortunately the picture doesn’t really show it.) I then heat embossed a “thanks” sentiment on some purple card stock and used a scallop-edged die to cut it out. To finish it off I added a few pearls.
If you would like to join in the challenge link up your card by June 17, we would love to see what you create!
Love this wonderful CAS card, Melanie! That cover die is perfect for an “easy” card. Hope you have a great weekend!
Hugs, Debbie
Love this Melanie – really classic design. That die looks very useful! Deborah xx
Very effective. I love the pop of purple against the white. Love Dawn x
