Hello and welcome! My card today is for two new challenges. First off is Always Fun #216, and the theme this week is “Food.” If you would like to link up a card or project the challenge will go until Saturday, June 5.

The second challenge starting today is at Make the Cards Challenge #18, and this week it is a “Two Things Challenge.” That means you must include both of the things listed on your card – a stenciled background and a die cut sentiment.

My background was stenciled with some Nuvo shimmer paste, and the cupcake was an image from Unity Stamp Company. Finally the sentiment is from My Favorite Things. This wasn’t a very difficult card to make, but I did learn that it is very important to get anything with embossing paste on it into some water as soon as possible. It is not easy to get it off when it is dry!
