A new challenge starts today at Festive Friday, and this time our festivity is National Gardening Week. We came up with a list of 10 items related to the festivity, but all you need to do to join the challenge is choose any 3 (or more) and include them on your card or project. The fun part is that you can use National Gardening Week as your theme, but you don’t have to – you can use those items with any theme or occasion you want!
I used plants, green, and twine to incorporate on my card. The image I used is from Taylored Expressions, and I decided to use kraft for my background. I die cut it into a smaller panel so I could put it on a green card base (which I added a little texture to). I wanted to keep it simple so I finished it off with a small twine bow. There isn’t a sentiment on the outside or inside, I thought this was a good card to just use for writing a quick note in.

Melanie Hungerford ———-You are here!
Your right Melanie, it would make a great note card and perfect for the guys or the girls.
Love the planter box full of succulents. The stitching and the embossing are great accents and it all comes together beautifully.
Love the texture, stitching, coloring, everything! Have a great weekend!
Wow! A striking card for sure, Melanie! I love the kraft panel against the green. Beautiful!!!
