This was a challenge for sure, but that is one of the reasons I really enjoy designing for the Cardz 4 Guys Challenge. I probably wouldn’t even have any masculine themed cards on hand if I wasn’t on this design team!
Our challenge this time (#266) is to make a card for a teenager, and of course appropriate for a guy.
The image I used is a digital stamp from Mo Manning. I colored it with Copic markers. Since I didn’t want to cut out the image I kept it simple and die cut the image to put on a card base. I added a “happy birthday” sentiment since that is most likely what I would use.
If you want to get a few more masculine cards on hand consider joining the challenge, you can link up your card until 3/22!
Other challenges:
Mo’s Digital Pencil #310 – anything goes with a Mo’s image
Make My Monday #143 – masculine birthday
Send a Smile 4 Kids – cards 4 boys
Pammie’s Inky Pinkies #2110 – anything goes
Love to Scrap Challenge #143 -anything goes
You did a fabulous job on your coloring and design. The vertical sentiment is perfect! Thanks for sharing it with us at PIP Challenges!
