As much as I hate to admit it, I am not really a cat lover, but for some reason I still have a rather large collection of cat stamps. However, no matter how you feel about cats or how much cat related stuff you have, when creating a card to enter at the current Festive Friday (#FF0069) challenge your card does not have even have to represent National Cat Day! Just use any 3 things from the list and you’ve met the challenge. I chose cat, pet sentiment, stripes, and yarn.
I used a stamp made by Deep Red Stamps, called “Attack Cat” and colored it with Copic markers. I mounted it on some striped paper pieces and carefully wound a little ball of yarn to drape around the cat. I found a cute little cat sentiment to finish it off with.

Great card! That yarn ball is such a clever idea! Thanks for joining us at Little Red Wagon.
I love the way you have the stripes going in different directions, and that little ball of yarn is such a great touch. I also love the expression on that kitty’s face, and the “movement” in its tail.
What an adorable image, Melanie! The sentiment is so sweet. And that ball of yarn…it’s the perfect accent!
How very sweet this is! I love the patchwork of colourful papers. Thanks for joining The Library.
Love the striped paper background. Your cat is colored so beautifully and is adorable. The ball of yarn…genius!
