Thing 1 and Thing 2 are back at it, looking for you to join them in some trouble! NO! I am not in trouble even though I used a cat for the “Dog Days of Summer”! The new challenge at Double Trouble is up, #63. Below you can see a summary of what this challenge is all about, or click on the above link to see all the details there.
Thing 1 is asking you to do some embossing, either dry embossing or heat embossing. As long as you meet the requirement for Thing 1 you are eligible to enter the challenge. I did some heat embossing with a background stamp using gold powder, and then “smooshed” it in some wet distress oxide inks.
Thing 3 is the optional twist, and that is to use a dog (or your favorite critter) on your card. If you do that you will be able to take on the challenge of Thing 2, which is to enter your card in the challenge at 2 Crafty Critters. Remember, you will get additional entries in the random drawing if you participate in the additional challenges!

Striking card, Melanie! I am intrigued by the gorgeous background and I love the cat. Excellent choice of colors, too.
