The tic-tac-toe challenge #392 at Color My Heart Color Dare inspired this card. I have used this big mum image from Simplistic many times, but never with orange and yellow. I decided to see how I liked it with gold, so my 3-in-a-row is right across the middle: Canary-Gold-Nectarine
I heat embossed the image with gold, and colored it with Copic markers before cutting it out. The background is a large stamp which I sponged randomly with yellow and orange Distress Oxide inks, making sure they were blended a little, then stamped onto white paper. I added some gold foil paper on the base layer, and finally a few gold sequins.
I would also like to enter this card in the Krafty Chicks Challenge, #506 (Stamp Act-must use a stamped image on your card).
These colours are lovely on this flower. Love Dawn x
