The new challenge at AAA Birthday Card Challenges is to use dots and/or stripes on your card. I chose my background paper first since it was striped, and then went on to do a technique I learned from watching a video by Jennifer McGuire (stained glass technique). Well that was quite the process! But in the end I was happy with how it turned out. I added a few pearls to make sure there were some dots on my card too!
