The current challenge at Double Trouble is “Die-lirious and Punchy.” Thing 1 requires something cut on your project- a die cut, something punched, cut with an electronic cutter, or even cut with scissors, that has to do with spring.
The optional twist by Thing 3 is to include a bee (or something related to a bee on your card.) I used a background I had made with alcohol inks, cut with scissors my two little bees, and die cut the honey combs.
The Double Dare part of the challenge by Thing 2 is to join in the challenge at Bitten by the Bug 2, where they are lifting their usual machine cut images to instead use any kind of cut image, as long as you follow a spring theme.
OMG, this is so cute, Melanie! Beautiful background and the addition of the hexagons is perfect. Thank you for playing along with us at Double Trouble #52.
Those little bees are adorable and your fussy-cutting is great. Love the sentiment.
I’m guessing your alcohol inks background is stamped and/or embossed…either way beautiful. Thanks for sharing with us at Double Trouble; but don’t forget to share with our partner at Bitten By The Bug … In fact, they had cut us a Die’al and as long as you have included one of item cut with a cutting machine, punch or die, and is a “Spring” theme, you can link up with them at: https://heather-bittenbythebug2.blogspot.com/2020/03/spring-equinox-and-double-trouble.html

The background paper is so pretty! It looks like you made it and it looks fantastic! I love the cute bees and their faces. Thanks for joining us at bbtb2.
I love the background – it’s so pretty. I’m always so bad at making backgrounds and end up with just a plain color most of the time. Thanks for the inspiration and sharing your card with us at Bitten by the Bug2.
Love the background and love the sentiment! Thanks for joining the challenge at Bitten By The Bug. Dorlene DT BBTB2
Those little bees holding hands (legs?) are just adorable. I also love that the background and honeycomb shape are not the traditional colors. Thanks for participating on the Bitten By The Bug 2 challenge.
