The final day of Camp Create at My Favorite Things is highlighting “Glitzy Glitter.” The challenge was to incorporate glitter of any kind into your card design. I used the new swimming pool Die-namic, completely cut out of glitter paper. I also used my newest MFT stamp set, “Drink Up the Sunshine.” To create the background, which I was attempting to make look like a brick pool deck, I used an embossing folder and darkened the raised lines with marker, which when embossed would look like grout. There are a few little glittery dots on the bird and bathing suit, although the photo doesn’t really show that!
